Jr NTR's Devara set to make box-office history. 12 Indian movies that have made Rs 100 crore in Day 1 collections
Devara: Part 1 is gearing up for a massive global debut, with early estimates predicting a worldwide gross of approximately ₹140 crore on its first day, according to industry trackers. As of now, the film has already collected around Rs 17 crore amid strong advance bookings, showcasing immense anticipation from audiences around the world.
Released on September 27, Devara: Part 1 stars Jr NTR in the lead role, alongside Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain, and Murali Sharma. Directed by Koratala Siva, who gained fame for his work on Acharya, the film is produced by Kosaraju Harikrishna and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram under the banners of Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts.
Devara: Part 1 has been released in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada, aiming for a wide reach across diverse audiences. This multi-language release strategy, combined with strong pre-release buzz, positions the film for a record-breaking box office performance.
In addition to Devara, Jr NTR is also set to appear in War 2, alongside Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, known for Brahmastra: Part 1, the film is the sequel to the 2019 hit War, which featured Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, and Vaani Kapoor.
