Justin Baldoni is currently being sued by his former publicist in the ongoing Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively scandal. The owner of the public relations company Jonesworks, Steph Jones, has accused Baldoni of breaking their agreement, which called for him to give her $25,000 a month, according to Variety.

After Jennifer Abel, his Jonesworks publicist, left the company to start her own firm, Baldoni split from Jonesworks in August.
Jones also filed lawsuits against Melissa Nathan, a publicist, and Abel. She claims that they launched the purported smear campaign against Lively without telling her and behind her back, as quoted in a report by The NY Post.
According to the lawsuit, Abel and Nathan still falsely blame Jones in the industry and continue to attack and defame Jones as their own wrongdoing comes to light. Baldoni, who not only costarred but also directed "It Ends With Us," was sued on Saturday by 37-year-old Lively.
According to Lively's lawsuit, Baldoni harassed her sexually while they were working on their popular movie. The legal documents also state that following the release of the film, the «Gossip Girl» accused Baldoni of a coordinated effort to destroy her reputation.
