The surprise reunion was captured in a TikTok video shared by Lance Bass, showing Timberlake, 43, onstage as he noticed JC Chasez, Lance Bass, and Chris Kirkpatrick grooving in the crowd. Timberlake’s reaction? A playful, “Why didn’t you guys text me?” mouthed with a laugh before continuing his performance.
The trio, ranging in age from 45 to 53, danced the night away, clearly enjoying their impromptu “date night.” Notably absent was Joey Fatone, who had his own big night debuting as Lance in Broadway’s & Juliet. Bass acknowledged Fatone’s milestone with a cheeky Instagram caption: “In honor of Joey’s Broadway debut tonight, we had a date night without him.”
Fatone, ever the good sport, joined the fun virtually by photoshopping himself into the backstage reunion photo and sharing it with the caption, “Thank you, Chris, for putting me in the photo. I was definitely there in spirit!”
