Bollywood actor and newly elected BJP MP from Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi, Kangana Ranaut, was allegedly slapped by a CISF woman guard at Chandigarh Airport on Thursday. Kangana, who recently won the Lok Sabha elections from Mandi by defeating Congress leader Vikramaditya Singh, was on her way to Delhi when the incident occurred.

Reports indicate that the actor was involved in an altercation with the CISF officer, identified as Kulwinder Kaur, during a security check.
According to some sources reported by Hindustan Times, the altercation began when Ranaut refused to put her phone in the tray during the security check. This led to a confrontation, resulting in Kaur allegedly slapping Ranaut. The actor-politician has lodged a complaint and demanded strict action against the guard.
Following the incident, the CISF has reportedly taken Kulwinder Kaur into custody and is investigating the matter. Ranaut left for Delhi on a Vistara Airlines flight shortly after the incident.
