Kimberly Guilfoyle, Trump's pick for Greece ambassador, accused of a history of sexual misconduct
President-elect Donald Trump proposed a nominee with a history of sexual misconduct allegations. Kimberly Guilfoyle was chosen to serve as America's ambassador to Greece.
An out-of-court settlement of up to $4 million was reached in 2020 after Guilfoyle, a former host of Fox News, was accused of sexually harassing a network assistant, according to the New Yorker, as quoted in a report by the Daily Beast.
Guilfoyle claimed that she has never engaged in any workplace misconduct of any kind, refuting the accusations. She has mentored innumerable women throughout her career, many of whom she still has very close relationships with today.
The assistant, who was under Guilfoyle, accused the former prosecutor of a long list of misconduct charges in a draft complaint that was sent to Fox executives in 2018.
