The project is planned to have a total potential saleable area of 5 million sq ft and an estimated Gross Developable Value (GDV) of Rs 4,000 crore.
The land is in Wadgaon Khurd, within the Pune Municipal Corporation limits, and is positioned in the south-western part of Pune. It is connected to CBD Pune and the West Pune zone through existing road networks, with access to commercial, residential, and institutional hubs in the city.
Joint development agreements are being increasingly used in the real estate sector as developers seek to minimize upfront land acquisition costs and landowners look for ways to unlock value from their holdings.
