Jack Fincham pleaded guilty in Southend Magistrates' Court to two counts of being in charge of an out-of-control dog that was dangerously under his care; the latter resulted in injuries. He was sentenced to jail and told to pay a total of £3,680, which included a £2,000 donation to kennel fees, a £961 fine, and £200 in compensation, stated the Sky News.
He gave a thumbs up as he was escorted to the cells after the sentence was announced. A woman in the public gallery cried as he walked away.
The court heard that his dog Elvis bit a runner in Swanley, Kent, in September 2022.
