Love Supreme Jazz Festival 2024: Chaka Khan, Kool and the Gang confirmed among others
Love Supreme Jazz Festival' — Europe's largest outdoor jazz festival — is set to return to Glynde Place in East Sussex next summer with a typically world-class lineup of stars from the jazz, soul, funk, and R&B spectrum.

The first wave of names released ahead of a sold-out event at The Royal Albert Hall include:
1) Chaka Khan, a 10-time Grammy winner who will headline the Sunday night celebration of 50 years in music.
2) Kool & The Gang, a 70 million-selling US funk band whose international hit singles include 'Ladies Night,' 'Celebration,' 'Jungle Boogie,' and 'Get Down On It.'
3) Joss Stone, a powerful UK vocalist.
4) Sergio Mendes, a Brazilian pianist, composer and bandleader, and Mahalia, a British R&B star.
5) Black Pumas, a psychedelic soul band from the United States, who was nominated for 'Best New Artist' at the 2020 Grammys.
6) The War & Treaty, a groundbreaking, inspirational husband and wife vocal duo.
7) Christone 'Kingfish' Ingram, Grammy-winning blues artist.
8) Jordan Rakei, an Australian soul singer based in London.
Throughout the weekend, some of the world's most renowned contemporary jazz acts, including multi-award winners, will perform.
1) Cécile McLorin Salvant, a vocalist from the United States.
2) Meshell Ndegeocello, the visionary multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and songwriter who has got a slew of glowing reviews for her Blue Note Records debut 'The Omnichord Real Book.'
3) Fergus McCreadie, Mercury-nominated Scottish pianist and Jazz FM Instrumentalist of the Year.
4) Hiromi, a Japanese pianist.
5) Johnathan Blake, drummer with Blue Note Records.
6) Christian McBride, an eight-time Grammy
