lap of luxury, 16 feet below the sea? An opulent hotel in the Maldives may now help you have a deluxe underwater experience! Business tycoon Anand Mahindra recently took to Twitter to talk about this one-of-a-kind hotel. He revealed that he was sent an invitation to spend a night at this hotel, but declined as he felt he would not be able to sleep in peace! “The Muraka was the Maldives’ and the world's, very first underwater hotel suite. I was sent this post with a suggestion that a stay here would ensure the most relaxed weekend rest. To be honest, I don’t think I would get a wink of sleep…I would stay awake looking for cracks in the glass ceiling,” he wrote on Twitter. The tweet soon went viral, attracting more than 418K views and 3737 likes. One Twitter user quipped that most Indians will not be able to afford it as 70 per cent of their lifetime earnings will be spent if they attempt to do so. “70% Indians' lifetime earnings are equal to one day stay here,” they wrote. The video shared by the mogul shows a room submerged in water.
