Andrew Miller, who also went by the name Amy George, while masquerading as a woman, was sentenced to 20 years in jail for kidnapping a young schoolgirl and sexually assaulting her in his Borders home. Miller, acting as Amy George, offered the youngster a ride home in February of this year.
Instead, he took her to his home and kept her for an excruciating 27 hours, subjecting her to sexual assault.
Miller will also be subjected to an eight-year monitoring period in addition to his prison sentence. Lord Arthurson, the presiding judge, described the crime's story as «nauseating in terms of its depravity and criminal behavior.»
