Manoj Bajpayee, a well-renowned Bollywood actor, recently revealed what he thinks about the rising divorce rates within the Bollywood film industry. Reflecting on societal changes, he emphasized that the trends seen in society are mirrored in the entertainment world. Additionally, Bajpayee addressed the persistent rumors of drug use among Bollywood stars.
During an interview with Sushant Sinha, Bajpayee discussed the current state of marriages in society. He noted, “If you visit Tees Hazari Court today and inquire about the divorce rate, you’ll see how common it has become for relationships and marriages to end. The shift towards nuclear families has brought some benefits, but the drawbacks are evident in the rising number of divorce cases.”
Bajpayee further elaborated, “The film industry is a part of society. The people working in the industry come from the same society. Therefore, societal changes naturally reflect in our industry. In the past, divorces were not as frequent in Bollywood. The industry is very open-minded, which is essential for creative people.”
