The reported location of this hospital, as per social media posts, is Shandong, and the video shows concerned and anxious parents of children at the hospital, says Daily Star UK. The footage was shared on Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok, and was taken in a hospital in the city of Nantong, which is located on the eastern province of Jiangsu, and has an estimated population 7.7 million people.
It is noteworthy that the children in context here are not lying on beds, but are instead sitting on green benches while they are administered with IV fluids, which could also be an inclination that things are not so out of hand, or panic-worthy. However, social media users have flocked to the comment sections of these videos and raised concern about this recent outbreak.
