Mike Cannon-Brookes, one of the wealthiest businessmen in the country, is separating from his wife Annie, sources close to the family said.
Mr Cannon-Brookes, one of the co-founders of Atlassian, had a fortune of around $19 billion this year according to the Financial Review Rich List.
An Atlassian spokesperson declined to comment.
But a source close to the family confirmed that the couple were separating. They married in 2010.
Mike and Annie Cannon-Brookes had been married for 13 years.
The separation follows the split of another wealthy couple, Fortescue Metals executive chairman Andrew Forrest and Nicola Forrest, first reported by The Australian Financial Review last week.
The Cannon-Brookes family own a large property portfolio, including the 1.1 hectare Fairwater estate, the home of the late Lady Mary Fairfax, which they acquired in 2018 for $100 million.
Mr Cannon-Brookes was born in the United States. His father was an international banker.
Ms Cannon-Brookes was a fashion designer.
It was previously reported the couple met at a Qantas lounge during a trip between Sydney and San Francisco.
