In this entrepreneurial journey, staying mentally & physically fit is essential, you can’t have it as an option. My way of approaching it is by some self-reflection & my interactions with people with the same journey or you can say fellow founders & friends.

When did you start practicing Yoga? Is there a specific form of Yoga that you practice and how much time do you devote every week?
Yoga began as a fun or not-so-serious activity after my post-graduation but it has now become a thrice-weekly ritual. I use an app called Asana Rebel for yogas ranging from restorative to dynamic.
