Taylor Swift has teased her fans with lyrics from a Vault track ahead of her rendition of 1989. The singer took to Instagram to share a notepad with previously unseen lyrics, as well as a caption counting down the days until the album's re-release.
Taylor previously revealed that her version of the record, which was originally released in 2014, will include five new vault tracks, including Say Don't Go, Is It Over Now?, and others.
The 33-year-old music sensation, who is rumoured to be dating Travis Kelce, posted a photo of a notebook with handwritten lyrics to the app's Stories feature. She included a link to the album's pre-save, writing, '1989 (my version) in 3 days!!!'
'Let's fast forward to 300 takeout coffees later / I see your profile and your smile on unsuspecting waiters,' the lyrics say.
Although the singer did not specify which song the lines are from, fans have speculated that they are from one of 'the vault' tracks.
1989 (Taylor's Version) will be released on October 27 and will include all 16 original songs as well as bonus tracks.
Taylor announced in August that she would re-release the album as part of her effort to reclaim rights to her music after her catalog was sold to Scooter Braun.
The singer revealed the news at a summer concert in Los Angeles, saying it would be released in October and include five new songs. Taylor revealed the album cover on her Instagram page following the show, saying it is «my most FAVORITE re-record I've ever done because the 5 From The Vault tracks are so insane.
Her hit singles Shake It Off and Blank Space appear on the 2014 album, which originally featured 13 songs on the standard version and 16 songs on the deluxe edition.
