Castillo Dearth worked as a portfolio manager for Wellington Management for six years, where she developed and managed emerging market equity portfolios.

Prior to that, she spent 18 years at AllianceBernstein, joining as a research analyst and progressing to lead portfolio manager of international and emerging markets portfolios.
