Jonny Evans has returned to Manchester United on a short-term contract. He will play two friendly matches, one each against Lyon and Wrexham. He was training for U21 as he decided his options before quitting the Foxes. He quit Leicester City at the end of the last season, impressed manager Eric ten Hag in training, and signed for Manchester United. He will play against Lyon at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh in a friendly match on Wednesday. He will also appear against Wrexham next week in another friendly match. He was earlier loaned to Royal Antwerp and Sunderland to get first-team experience. However, he could not adjust to coach Louis van Gaal and quit Manchester United for West Bromwich Albion in 2015.
