The video was shared by a user, who tagged Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, stating, «This is not a General Coach. This is not a Sleeper Coach. This is not a 3AC Coach. This is a 2nd AC Coach!!! The crowd has reached one of the most premium coaches of Indian Trains.»
Responding to the post, another user shared their own ordeal, stating, «And this is not the first time it's happening. I too had a harrowing experience where my whole family stood for 6 hours from Mumbai to Vadodara despite having confirmed seats. All our complaints seem to fall on deaf ears. It's an insensitive government.»
«We taxpayers feel powerless in India. We work 12-14 hours a day, only to give back 33% direct tax, 3% surcharge, 18% GST, and other taxes, and are left with less than 40% of our hard-earned money. Yet, we receive subpar public education, administrative systems, medical facilities, and social security,» lamented another.
Criticizing the Rail ministry for its apparent inaction, another individual remarked, «If the 2nd AC coach is in such a dire state, one can only imagine the conditions in 3rd AC and sleeper coaches.»
