During the T20 World Cup match on Thursday, a traffic signal near New York's World Trade Centre (WTC) reportedly paused at a critical moment when co-hosts USA were on the verge of making cricket history.
USA needed a boundary off the final ball to force a 'Super Over' against Pakistan. The game, broadcast live on a giant screen at New York City's WTC, saw the traffic signal briefly malfunction just before Pakistan's Haris Rauf bowled to USA's Nitish Kumar.

Kumar successfully hit the boundary, tying the game at 159 runs each and setting up a tense Super Over.
