At Unilever, Nair was the first woman to lead global human resources and then, Chanel, the world’s second-largest luxury brand appointed her as its first global CEO of Indian origin where she has already made her presence felt with multiple high value strategic and socially conscious initiatives under her belt.
Business Leader of the Year: CK Venkataraman, MD, Titan
CK Venkataraman has played a vital role in steering Titan from a brick-and-mortar business model to a retail venture including a combination of offline and online stores.
