Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sawti Maliwal on Monday broke down in Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court during the hearing of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar’s bail plea case.
Maliwal while addressing Delhi High Court said that if the accused is released on bail, there would be a threat to me and my family.

Senior advocate N Hariharan submitted saying that the bail application is maintainable.
“In this FIR section 308 IPC has been invoked which is triable by the Court of Session,” Senior advocate N Hariharan argued that she went to CM's residence and called the PA.
Hariharan further argued that PA Bibhav Kumar was not present at the CM residence.
«Can anyone enter in this manner, this is the official residence of CM,» Advocate Hariharan argued, referring toi Maliwal entering the CM residence.
“There was trespass and a report was also filed. She did not have an appointment for the meeting, there was no message of her arrival.
Hariharan said that Maliwal was stopped by the security personnel. “She asked them whether they would keep an MP waiting,”
She sat in the waiting room and asked security to talk to Bibhav Kumar, the defence counsel submitted.
“What she is stating in the FIR, is not true. This FIR is not the result of contemporaneous complaint. FIR was lodged after three days,” Hariharan
