"Today, whether it is poor welfare or infrastructure, there is no scarcity of budget...In 50 years, Rajdhani Express ran only on 16 routes, 35 years ago Shatabdi Express ran only on 19 routes. But Vande Bharat is running on 25 routes in just 4 years...Kashi's rapid development will continue with Baba's blessings," PM Modi said. Launching an attack on the previous government, PM Modi said, “The schemes of previous governments were made in air-conditioned rooms, they did not follow up on the implementation...BJP government met the beneficiaries, and we started a culture of direct benefit & direct feedback...In the last 9 years, we have not made schemes for just one family and one generation, but we have worked keeping in mind that the lives of future generations should also improve."
