RFG Advisory, an InvestmentNews Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors in the USA for 2024, has bolstered its executive leadership team.
Joining the firm from a management role at CAIS IQ is Abby Salameh, who becomes the hybrid RIA firm’s chief growth officer. She brings 25 years of industry experience to the firm where she will be tasked with driving advisor recruitment, marketing, and organic growth among RFG’s existing network of advisors.

Brenda Fraser also joins the firm as chief behavioral officer. He is the founder of Wired Planning and The Human Side of Money podcast and adds deep experience to support RFG’s advisors and their clients.

The third new member of the executive team is Kenneth J. Kim, who will serve as chief financial officer. The previous head of corporate development and strategy for North America at FNZ has more than two decades of experience in the financial services sector including investment banking and fintech.
