Sean Diddy Combs, who is facing multiple lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and other federal charges, filed a new bail request on Friday. The controversial rapper, once a big name in the Hollywood entertainment industry, filed the request for bail saying changed circumstances and new evidence mean he should be allowed to prepare for a May trial from outside jail. Diddy has proposed a bail seeking to be released ahead of his May 5 trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Sean Diddy Combs' lawyers filed the request in Manhattan federal court, where his previous requests for bail have been rejected by two judges since his September arrest on racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges. Diddy was arrested in September on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for prostitution.
He allegedly forced women, some minors, to engage in sex with male prostitutes for days- while he used to take part or record the act. Objects like baby oil, IV fluids were found in abundance at his LA mansion in March when officials raided his residence.
