In the Nifty index, Grasim Industries Ltd.(up 2.27 per cent), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(up 2.12 per cent), Bharti Airtel Ltd.(up 1.17 per cent), Asian Paints Ltd.(up 0.94 per cent) and Infosys Ltd.(up 0.70 per cent) were among the top gainers.
