KEC International Ltd.(up 5.98%), Ravindra Energy Ltd.(up 5.00%), Indo Tech Transformers Ltd.(up 5.00%), NLC India Ltd.(up 3.26%), Suzlon Energy Ltd.(up 2.49%), JSW Energy Ltd.(up 2.29%), Power and Instrumentation(Gujarat)Ltd.(up 2.00%), PTC India Ltd.(up 1.42%), Transformers & Rectifiers(India)Ltd.(up 1.23%) and GE T&D India Ltd.(up 1.22%) stood among the top gainers.
Torrent Power Ltd.(down 3.48%), Adani Green Energy Ltd.(down 2.11%), Adani Energy Solutions Ltd.(down 2.06%), KPI Green Energy Ltd.(down 1.33%), Adani Power Ltd.(down 1.08%), GE Power India Ltd.(down 0.79%), Karma Energy Ltd.(down 0.71%), SJVN Ltd.(down 0.71%), Reliance Power Ltd.(down 0.65%) and NHPC Ltd.(down 0.55%) were among the top losers of the day.
The NSE Nifty50 index ended 53.61 points down at 25145.1, while the 30-share BSE Sensex closed down 151.48 points at 82201.16.
Titan Company Ltd.(up 3.2%), LTIMindtree Ltd.(up 1.29%), Wipro Ltd.(up 1.1%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 0.97%), ITC Ltd.(up 0.96%), Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up 0.89%), Infosys Ltd.(up 0.56%), Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(up 0.48%), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up 0.48%) and Tata Steel Ltd.(up 0.36%) stood among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
