In the Nifty index, JSW Steel Ltd.(up 4.95 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd.(up 2.73 per cent), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(up 2.62 per cent), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 2.07 per cent) and Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 1.88 per cent) were among the top gainers.
