Shares of Marico rise as Nifty gains
Marico Ltd. gained 0.43 per cent to Rs 668.85 in Friday's trade as of 11:46AM (IST). It hit a high of Rs 672.45 and low of Rs 655.0 during the session.
The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 719.8 and a low of Rs 486.75. The return on equity for the stock stood at 38.64 per cent. About 5,636 shares have changed hands on the counter so far.
The stock's beta value, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 0.8.
The scrip has been an outperformer, up 21.96 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 19.44 per cent gain in Sensex.
