“We will build a new stack (for the offline merchant)...it will evolve as we work with these merchants,” Goel said. “The inquiries that we receive are that for the same shipping fee they want deliveries to happen in a faster manner.”
The Gurgaon-based company, which is also backed by Tribe Capital and Info Edge, has partnered with hyperlocal logistics platforms, including Porter, Ola, Borzo, Loadshare, Shadowfax and Zypp Electric, to aggregate and offer their delivery fleets to customers.
