“We are taking our first step towards solving the problem of providing quick and reliable ambulance service in our cities. The first five ambulances will be on the road in Gurugram starting today,” Dhindsa wrote in a post on microblogging site X on Thursday.
Consumers could request an ambulance through the Blinkit app. The platform plans to expand this service to all major cities within the next two years.
Zomato founder Deepinder Goyal praised Dhindsa and team. «This is a first in the world. Congratulations @albinder and team for thinking of societal impact, and making things come true with record speed. So much more can happen in “quick” and I truly believe that this is just a start,» his post read.
