The plot of «Star Wars: Skeleton Crew» centers on four children who get lost in the galaxy. The show is a coming-of-age story set nine years after the battle of Yavin, placing it five years after «Return of the Jedi» and around the same time as the first season of «The Mandalorian.» Despite concerns that the show might cater to a younger audience, creator Jon Watts emphasized that it is not a kid’s show. The story follows 10-year-old kids from a tiny planet who get lost and must find their way home, encountering various allies and enemies. The series will have eight episodes.
