According to Daily Beast, Steve Bannon repeatedly referred to Tesla CEO Elon Musk as ‘the South African’ and eventually argued that H1-B visas harm the US workers specifically the Black and Hispanic professionals in the tech industry. Additionally, he also called for a complete moratorium on immigration while describing the visa program as ‘obscene’ and claiming that it totally suppresses the domestic job opportunities.
During such times, the conservative podcaster also criticized House Speaker Mike Johnson while dubbing him ‘Polly Pockets Johnson’ and accusing him of being totally ineffective, asserted Daily Beast. Steve Bannon now actually fears that House Speaker Mike Johnson will slow down the policy implementation of US President- elect Donald Trump by eventually proposing complex omnibus bills that could delay critical initiatives like mass deportations and tax reforms.
