The accusations first surfaced on Twitter, where Tony Martinez claimed his wife, a member of the Baltimore Ravens’ marching band, had an affair with Smith. Martinez shared screenshots of text conversations and a recorded phone confrontation in which Smith allegedly responded with a brief apology when confronted.
At 45, Smith has remained silent on the allegations. Meanwhile, the Twitter account that initially made the accusations has since been deleted, suggesting potential legal action. If the claims prove false, Smith could consider a defamation lawsuit.
The situation has raised questions about the timeline of events and Smith’s association with the Ravens, especially given that he has been married to Angie Smith since 2000 and shares four children with her.
