Stock market update: FMCG stocks down as market falls
Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd.(up 5.24%), Future Consumer Ltd.(up 4.77%), Patanjali Foods Ltd.(up 3.28%), Dodla Dairy Ltd.(up 2.40%), Emami Ltd.(up 2.26%), Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd.(up 2.10%), Zydus Wellness Ltd.(up 1.84%), Dangee Dums Ltd.(up 1.83%), JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd.(up 1.66%) and Vadilal Industries Ltd.(up 0.81%) stood among the top gainers.

The NSE Nifty50 index ended 17.3 points down at 22200.55, while the 30-share BSE Sensex closed down 117.58 points at 72987.03.
Coal India Ltd.(up 4.27%), Cipla Ltd.(up 3.64%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 3.16%), Bharti Airtel Ltd.(up 2.0%), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 1.82%), NTPC Ltd.(up 1.56%), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(up 1.43%), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up 1.1%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 0.95%) and HCL Technologies Ltd.(up 0.9%) stood among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
