Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd.(up 10.15%), Hatsun Agro Products Ltd.(up 7.58%), Emami Ltd.(up 3.21%), Hindustan Foods Ltd.(up 2.82%), Bikaji Foods International Ltd.(up 2.58%), Zydus Wellness Ltd.(up 2.44%), Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd.(up 1.80%), Euro India Fresh Foods Ltd.(up 1.72%), Colgate-Palmolive(India)Ltd.(up 1.61%) and Gillette India Ltd.(up 1.44%) stood among the top gainers.
Umang Dairies Ltd.(down 8.89%), Vadilal Industries Ltd.(down 6.21%), Honasa Consumer Ltd.(down 3.59%), ADF Foods Ltd.(down 2.93%), Sheetal Cool Products Ltd.(down 2.67%), Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd.(down 2.36%), Heritage Foods Ltd.(down 1.95%), Jyothy Labs Ltd.(down 1.89%), Adani Wilmar Ltd.(down 1.29%) and Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 0.78%) were among the top losers of the day.
The NSE Nifty50 index ended 8.96 points at 24610.05, while the 30-share BSE Sensex closed up 1.59 points at 81510.05.
Shriram Finance Ltd.(up 2.57%), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 1.61%), Wipro Ltd.(up 1.44%), HCL Technologies Ltd.(up 1.39%), Infosys Ltd.(up 1.3%), State Bank of India(up 1.11%), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 0.99%), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(up 0.9%), ICICI Bank Ltd.(up 0.62%) and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(up 0.52%) stood among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
