Stock market update: Nifty Realty index advances 0.4% in an upbeat market
Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(up 2.63 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(up 1.18 per cent), DLF Ltd.(up 0.92 per cent), Sunteck Realty Ltd.(up 0.53 per cent) and Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 0.44 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Sobha Ltd.(down 1.95 per cent), Phoenix Mills Ltd.(down 0.75 per cent), Macrotech Developers Ltd.(down 0.58 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(down 0.19 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was up 0.4 per cent at 1030.75 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 86.65 points at 25005.1, while the BSE Sensex was up 220.63 points at 81743.79.
