Indo Tech Transformers Ltd.(up 5.00%), Neueon Towers Ltd.(up 4.92%), Inox Wind Ltd.(up 3.31%), NTPC Ltd.(up 3.21%), Power and Instrumentation(Gujarat)Ltd.(up 2.00%), Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd.(up 1.73%), KEC International Ltd.(up 1.69%), Jyoti Structures Ltd.(up 1.69%), JSW Energy Ltd.(up 1.67%) and Tata Power Company Ltd.(up 1.09%) stood among the top gainers.

Reliance Power Ltd.(down 5.02%), Ravindra Energy Ltd.(down 4.50%), Suzlon Energy Ltd.(down 3.10%), Torrent Power Ltd.(down 2.66%), GE Power India Ltd.(down 2.35%), India Power Corporation Ltd.(down 2.29%), Indowind Energy Ltd.(down 2.26%), Adani Power Ltd.(down 2.15%), GE T&D India Ltd.(down 2.06%) and RattanIndia Power Ltd.(down 1.97%) were among the top losers of the day.
The NSE Nifty50 index ended 187.45 points up at 25010.6, while the 30-share BSE Sensex closed up 611.9 points at 81698.11.
Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up 3.91%), HCL Technologies Ltd.(up 3.5%), NTPC Ltd.(up 3.21%), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 2.83%), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(up 2.81%), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 2.62%), JSW Steel Ltd.(up 2.39%), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(up 1.95%), LTIMindtree Ltd.(up 1.75%) and Titan Company Ltd.(up 1.69%) stood among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
