Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE
Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 111.55 points to 22932.95 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.
However, stocks such as Future Supply Chain, Future Enterprises (DVR), Neueon Towers, Keerti Knowledge and Shyam Telecom, touched their fresh 52-week low.
Overall, 35 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 15 traded in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, Wipro, LTIMindtree, Tech Mahindra, Infosys and Bajaj Finance were among top gainers, while SBI Life, Bajaj Auto, IndusInd Bank, ITC and HUL traded in the red.
The BSE Sensex was trading 355.56 points up at 75430.07 at 10:24AM(IST).
Traders were seen piling up positions in Aquaculture, Tea / Coffee, IT Enabled Services, Sugar and Agro Processing sectors, while selling was visible in Defence, Trading, Banks, Cement and Construction sectors.
