Eligibility Criteria

- Applying for the first time for the 2024 Fellowship cohort, since July 2023

Fellowship Details
- Duration: Two years, full-time, paid commitment
- Placement: Under-resourced English-medium classrooms in government or low-income private schools
- Responsibilities: Work as subject/class teachers for a set of 40-80 students
Training and Placement
- Training: Residential training program (Institute) covering curriculum, lesson planning, classroom facilitation, student assessments, and more
- Placement Cities: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, or Pune
- Residency Requirement: Fellows must reside in one of these cities during the fellowship period
Selection Process
The selection process involves three stages: filling the application form, a phone interview, and an assessment center. Shortlisted applicants will engage in activities like sample teaching, critical thinking, group activities, and interviews.
