Telangana Election 2023 Latest News: After the resounding success of Karnataka Assembly Election, the Congress has announced six guarantees for the upcoming Telangana state polls. Launching the party’s election campaign in the state, Sonia Gandhi announced these schemes.

The six guarantees that have been promised by Sonia Gandhi are:

After Sonia Gandhi’s 6 guarantees for Telangana Assembly elections on Sunday, the Congress is likely to hold a bus yatra soon in October next month. The Bus Yatra will be on the stretch of North Telangana district of Adilabad as decided by the Congress Screening Committee members on Wednesday, September 20.

The Congress screening committee includes Chairman K Muralidharan, TPCC chief Revanth Reddy, MPs Uttam Kumar Reddy and Komatireddy Venkat Reddy while Revanth Reddy, CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka and other senior leaders will be part of the bus yatra commencing anytime in October as per reports.

The Congress former Chief Sonia Gandhi has shown great confidence in her six guarantees and bus yatra would be a way to emphasise on the promises. She said during a rally, Vijayabheri, in Tukkuguda near Hyderabad on Sunday that, “To fulfill the aspirations of the people of Telangana, we are announcing six guarantees and we are committed to fulfill each one of them.” She adds, “It is my dream to see a Congress government in Telangana that will work for all sections of society.”

Ahead of Assembly elections in 5 states in 2023, including Telangana, the Congress announced a screening committee for 4 states namely, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan on August 2, 2023. The Screen Committee has screened names for 119 Assembly
