Pay transparency is as crucial in the financial services industry as it is in any other, and disclosing variable compensation is a critical part of that.
They’re especially critical at times such as these when revenues are coming back and banks haven’t started hiring again – and in some cases, are still making cuts. How are bonus pools being distributed? Who’s getting the money, now that there’s money to give?
