Tim Walz claims that looking at Tesla stock «boosts mood.» Speaking to a crowd in Wisconsin on Tuesday, Governor Tim Walz made fun of Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and the spokesperson for President Trump's polarizing cuts to government agencies, by saying that he finds that looking at Tesla stock improves his mood, as quoted in a report by The Hill.
«I know some of you are aware of this, but there's this thing on my iPhone. In a video he shared on social media site X, Walz stated, „They have that little stock app,“ during an event on Tuesday night.
To a chuckling audience, he remarked, „I added Tesla to it to give me a little boost during the day.“ He went on, „225 and dropping!“

Since the beginning of the Trump administration, Musk has been under intense scrutiny because he is the head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and frequently posts right-wing talking points and memes on X, which he owns.
Walz's remarks coincide with a string of vandalism incidents against Tesla buildings and cars nationwide, most recently in Las Vegas, where the FBI opened an investigation after multiple electric cars were set on fire.

We’ve already started this transition, and we plan to do more of it this fiscal.”Beyond mobile phones and laptops, EMS firms are expanding into smart metres for electricity boards, aerospace and defence subsystems, railway safety instrumentation, printed circuit boards and display assemblies, and medical devices deployed in hospitals.India’s annual mobile phone shipments have remained subdued since the covid-19 pandemic, with industry estimates pointing to a single-digit decline this calendar year from 152 million smartphones shipped last year.The margin pressure driving this shift is increasingly visible.In FY26, Syrma SGS reported an operating margin of 7.1%, up 2.3 percentage points.
