UFC star Colby Covington criticized the decision made by USA Boxing to permit transgender female fighters to compete against women in the ring, given they meet certain criteria. On Thursday, Covington said on «Tomi Lahren is Fearless» on OutKick that his first reaction was that it was a PR stunt and that they did it since nobody cares anymore about USA Boxing.
According to Colby Covington, biological men have no place in women's sports. He also shared how he cannot imagine being a woman his entire life with an equitable playing field, in competition with other women. And suddenly it is being said that biological men will be allowed to compete in their sports. It is not ethical, is menacing and he does not wish to see anybody getting killed. He said: «We are required to alter this and need to be holding the line, without letting this happen.»

As per Covington, the No 1 problem that is talked about by boxing commissions is the safety of the fighters. He pondered on how the trans inclusion in women's boxing rules sticks to that idea.
