National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to release the provisional answer key for the University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET). The answer key will be available on the NTA official website, nta.ac.in and ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
UGC NET 2024 Exam
The UGC NET examination for this year took place from August 21 to September 4, 2024. Due to technical issues and natural disasters, the exam was canceled at several centers. These centers subsequently rescheduled the exam to September 4 and 5.

To access the UGC NET 2024 Answer Key, follow these steps:
Visit the NTA UGC-NET official website at nta.ac.in or ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
Look for the link titled “Public Notice Answer Key Challenge UGC – NET June 2024.”
Enter your application number and date of birth.
The answer key will appear on the screen. Download and print it for your records.
Marking Scheme for UGC NET 2024
UGC NET Exam Marking System:
Each question on the exam carries 2 marks. Correct answers earn 2 marks, while incorrect answers receive no penalty. Unanswered or marked-for-review questions do not receive any marks. For questions found to be incorrect or ambiguous, only those who attempted and selected a correct answer will receive credit. If a question is dropped due to errors, 2 marks will be awarded to candidates who attempted the question.
