Nikita Twitchen, a former admin assistant at First Grade Projects, told the Cariff tribunal that her working relationship with her boss Jeremy Morgan as 'very good, adding that he was 'very responsive' when she needed to speak to him. Months later, Nikita and her boss had a return-to-work meeting which 'started positively', the report said.
