UPSC CSE Mains Results 2024: Examination Process
The Civil Services Examination is conducted in three stages: prelims, mains, and interview. The prelims for 2024 took place on June 16, and the results were declared on July 1. The mains exams were held on September 20, 21, 22, 28, and 29, 2024, in two daily shifts: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Candidates who qualify in the mains will advance to the personality test, scheduled to begin in January 2025. This stage is crucial for final selection and includes a 275-mark evaluation of candidates' interpersonal skills, judgment, and administrative aptitude.
