college football season kicks off on Saturday, August 26 in Week 0. On this day Notre Dame will take on Navy in Ireland while Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams will meet San Jose State at the field of Southern California. It is called 0 week because not too many games are held this week. The season will kick off in full swing in the following weekend.
The 2023 college football regular season will come to an end on December 2. The last match of the season will be held on January 8 at the College Football Playoff championship game in New Orleans.
