Coco Gauff played in the French Open final in 2022 and lost to Iga Swiatek. Sabalenka won her first five matches without dropping a set. But Madison Key in the semifinal on Thursday took the first set from Sabalenka 6-0 in a swift 30 minutes. However, Sabalenka fought back and won the next two sets on tiebreakers.
