Kamala Harris is spending all of Monday in Pennsylvania. Donald Trump plans four rallies in three states, beginning in Raleigh, North Carolina and stopping twice in Pennsylvania with events in Reading and Pittsburgh and also going to Michigan.
Pennsylvania is the biggest prize among the battleground states, offering 19 of the 270 Electoral College votes a candidate needs to win the presidency. Pennsylvania's 19 electoral votes offer the largest prize among the states expected to determine the Electoral College outcome.
Nonpartisan U.S. election analysts calculate Harris needs to win about 45 electoral votes on top of the states she is expected to win easily to capture the White House, while Trump would need about 51.

Both Harris and Trump identified Pennsylvania as the must-win state, and where more money and manpower have been directed than any other battleground. On election eve, both sides say they are cautiously optimistic. And in typical fashion, the Republicans are playing up the optimism, the Democrats the caution, NYT news service reported.
