US elections 2024: Kamala Harris still in the lead?
This is great news for the Democrats as the last week was plagued with bad news about Harris slumping in the polls. And now, Morning Consult's tracking poll has finally given her a breather. It was found in the poll tracker survey that both candidates had very strong support from their own party base, along with a majority of lead for Harris among Independents, which has reportedly outpaced the Republican nominee's figures here.

Young voters backing Harris, finds new survey
Young voters are also having an affinity for the democrat candidate in the upcoming elections, according to the statistics of this survey. Meanwhile, a new Reuters/Ipsos poll also saw Harris leading Trump in the poll race by a slight margin nationally, which is also a green flag for the Democrats at this point.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump is also getting solid backing from top pollsters, including the likes of Nate Silver, and other relevant and popular surveys. It is now to be seen who ends up being correct with their predictions around the US elections 2024.
